Investigation of frequency effect on temperature dependence of Giant magnetoimpedance in magnetic amorphous Co-based ribbon[:]بررسی اثر فرکانس بر وابستگی دمایی امپدانس مغناطیسی بزرگ در نوار آمورف مغناطیسی کبالت پایه

Highly sensitive magnetic field sensors have been growing rapidly for a wide variety of applications. In practical point of view, temperature stability at different frequency is one of the essential characteristics of sensors. Therefore the effect of temperature on Giant magneto impedance response of magnetic amorphous Co-based ribbon in 250KHz and1 MHz frequencies by using bath-type cryostat at temperatures between -140°C to 70°C has been investigated. Our results indicated that Magneto-impedance decreases by decreasing the temperature. Also magneto impedance shows serious dependence to temperature with increasing of frequency.

پایداری حسگرهای میدان مغناطیسی از جمله حسگر امپدانس مغناطیسی بزرگ یکی از مهمترین فاکتورهای آنها می‌باشد. در این مقاله پایداری دمایی حسگر امپدانس مغناطیسی بزرگ در بازه -۱۴۰ تا ۷۰ درجه سانتی گراد بررسی شده است.
